When:- Mondays 6:30 - 7:30pm.

Starting:- October 28th. Please make a note of the 7 dates that this block covers. October 28th, November 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th; December 2nd & 9th.

DanceFit is a fun dance work-out! We learn the cha cha, jive, quick-step, tango, waltz and many more. No partner required and no previous dance experience required either!
