It’s designed to help you stand and walk tall while improving your fitness and mobility. Suitable for all ages and abilities, this class provides a complete approach to health, helping you look and feel your best.
Clubbercise is a work-out that feels more like a night out with the girls - without the heels & hangover! Dancing to iconic dancefloor anthems in the dark with disco lights and glowsticks - what's not to love?!

DanceFit is a fun dance work-out that feels like you've stepped into an episode of strictly!
We learn the cha cha, jive, salsa, quick-step, tango, waltz and many more. No partner required and no previous dance experience required either.

The main thing to expect from a Zumba® class is that you'll have plenty of fun! Zumba® is a dance-based fitness technique that combines elements of salsa, samba, merengue, reggaeton and hip-hop with cardio exercise moves to create a fast-paced, heart-pumping workout. Considering how many styles of dance are fused together in a single Zumba® class, you might not master all the choreography right away — and that's no problem.
Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers.
Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.
