📅 Date:- Saturday 23rd of November 2024

📍Location:- West Monkton Village Hall, Monkton Heathfield, Taunton, TA2 8NE (not far from the Merry Monk pub!)

⌚Time:- Classes will begin at 1:15pm - doors will open at 12:30pm. The day will finish at 6pm.

👟Footwear:- Trainers are recommended for the dance classes. Barefoot is best for Yoga/Pilates (optional for FLexercise)

💛What to bring:- Please bring your own mat if you have one (I have a dozen spares just in case)
